Tuesday & Thursday 4:00 PM - 8:30 pm
4:15 pm, After school, Beginner and open training
6-7 pm Open training, all groups
7-8:30 pm Advanced training, all ranks, open to watch
Saturday:
10:00 - 12:00 : Heavy bag, kumite, hojo undo training
