Great if you're looking for the real experience. Lot's of good conditioning. Emphesis split between Kata, prearranged routines and sef defence training. Some sparring involved. Some draw backs would be : it's expensive and requires an annual fee and 1 year contract, sometimes lot's of kids mixed in with adult class.
The best martial art school around. Very traditional training. Master Thompson's . prices are very affordable. I would, and do recommend this school.
