We are a traditional Karate and kobudo dojo. Our karate style is self-defense oriented. We combine traditional karate techniques with Judo,Aikido, and Jujutsu for a better self-defense approach. We also introduce our students to knife and stick self-defense. Black belt (nidan and above) students learn Iaido.
We have a new Tai Chi Basic class on Fridays afternoon.
Tai Chi (advanced) classes on Saturday afternoon as well as Muay Thai Fitness.
