Okinawa Karate Academy is located at Hilltop behind the YMCA at the Britannia Business Complex.
Mehran is chief instructor, Master instructor certificate from the Okinawa Karate Association of Okinawa Japan. He is also a fitness trainer Certified with the ISSA (International Sports Science Association) Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Youth and senior fitness and nutrician.
Classes are in Uechi Ryu Karate, Internal/External Chi Gong, Children Martial Arts, group and individual fitness sessions.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Okinawa Karate Academy:
Adult Uechi Ryu: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 7:30pm to 9pm
Children Uechi Ryu Karate: Tuesdays and Fridays 6pm to 7pm
Little Tigers (ages 4-6) Tuesdays and Fridays 5pm to 6pm
Shotokan Karate Mondays 4pm to 5pm
Fitness: Tuesday and Thursday 1pm to 2pm
Chi Gong: Sundays 4pm to 5:30pm
