My son has had a very positive experience for more than two years. Sensei Milada is skilled and knows how to work with all ages. I have seen improvement in my son’s memory, focus and drive since he had been taking karate lessons with Milada. She fosters a very supportive, family-like environment for her students.

Milada epitomizes what every teacher should strive to be!
She's a great instructor, not only in the technica aspects ofl movement, form etc. . but she's
encouraging, kind, patient. She has brought out the best in my son.
He's thriving under Milada's instruction.
Can't say enough, Milada's a positive, wonderful, energetic force!

Sensei Milada is a fantastic practitioner of Goju Ryu Karate
She works well with children and adults no matter what rank
I highly recommend this Dojo

I have been doing Okinawa Goju-Ryu for a long time.. I started training down in the chappaqua dojo when I first started...That is where I meet sensei Milada...Sensei Milada is a great teacher her knowledge & technique of our style is flawless...I am greatful to be able to train under her...not only do I train with her but my children do as well. You could not ask for a better teacher...
