Good facility, with nationally qualified master instructors who take time with every student.
Master Rush is an excellent instructor. He takes the time to explain not only skills and movements, but their practical applications. With every movement, he explains the complex musculoskeletal systems involved, in order to maximize power generation. He is well-versed in the history of taekwondo, and it's imperial roots.
