A very nice and relaxing environment to train In the instructors are very understanding
About the learning process of Jiu jitsu and are more than willing to slow it down
To make, sure you understand the movements thoroughly. Not only that
It has more of a family vibe versus a kind of meet head testosterone type feel
No one seems to go too hard or too soft it's at a good level to where
You can learn the moves versus a fight or flight response. So if you are in the
Ogallala area or near and would like to learn Jiu jitsu this is a great place
To start and mo and matt are amazing instructors so go check it out
