No water or guidance at all

I scheduled an appointment with Chaz, I arrived at 6:42 PM and attempted to call Chaz for directions, since the signage is very confusing. My phone call was not answered, but he did attempt to call me at some point later.
When I finally found the entrance on the other side of the building, a random trainer was assigned to me with no introduction or name exchange at all. I was just pushed into a circuit exercise with no 1-on-1 time. There's a shared men's changing room where everyone leaves their stuff. There are no lockers, and it is essentially the size of a large closet.
I wasn't informed ahead of time that there is no water access in the building: no restroom, no running water, no showers, no water fountain at all.
Frustrated, I left to get water from the gas station nearby, and was scolded for it as "peacing out" by Chaz and I was offered a $1 bottle of water instead. I dropped my water jug, which broke, and I cleaned it up with my towel. I was appalled that they're charging you for water during cardio training.
So I left altogether. Overall, it was an awful experience I would never ever repeat. You can just do butterfly crunches, mountain climbers, and goblet squats at home. Full session prices are not listed on the website either, a deceptive practice. It's $10 per full session, apparently.
