The Ocean Beach Martial Arts School is formed under the auspice of a Not-For-Profit Community Co-Operative. Our instructors and senior students agree that it takes a village (think globally and act locally) - we are focused on bringing the gift of the martial arts to our community of Ocean Beach.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Ocean Beach Martial Arts:
The OBMA is has its base in Korean Karate but offers an eclectic mix of the martial arts. It has been continuously running since 1975. It is a community collective (family program) and all instructors are volunteers - this allows the lowest costs. The program is run out of the Ocean Beach Recreation Center and has since 1975. Affiliated school are Point Loma Nazarene University class/club. San Diego State University Tae Kwon Do/Judo ARC classes. Miracosta College Tae Kwon Do class. San Diego Korean Karate Club. San Diego Tae Kwon Do (WTA).
Class Schedule (no contract - month to month $35/mo):
Monday - 5 to 7pm
Wednesday - 5 to 7pm
Saturday - 9 to 11am
