OC Muay Thai was one of my summer's highlight. Started coming out to the beginner's class in May and a little over a month, I made my way into the regular night class.
Whether I had a decent day or a not so great one, after finishing up with class, I'd walk out with a feeling like no other. After pushing my body beyond what I thought was its limit at every session, I found myself growing a little bit stronger both physically and mentality everyday.
I honestly don't know how to put this into words, but I was in a very bad place before I stepped into OC Muay Thai. For me personally, the intense training and friendly environment really saved me. Truly an amazing experience!
David and Neil are both amazing teachers!
