This is an excellent place to get fit, learn martial arts, and enjoy the family atmosphere. Mrs. Oh is an incredible teacher and she will never ask you to do something she can't do herself. She's probably one of the fittest women I know, humble, proficient, and just amazing! Quite the work out, but you'll be better for it! Come give it a try!
