Female Friendly Environment

Apart from great staff and a clean facility is the female friendly environment. It comes from the top starting with the head instructor, assistants and staff. During drilling and training all male instructors and students are complete gentlemen and never have I felt uncomfortable in any position. When sparring in class I never feel like the male students or instructors are taking it too easy nor do I feel overwhelmed. It's safe and serious training for self-defense.
