Down to earth, no nonsense training from espada y daga to jun fan trapping and mma groundfighting. Chris and staff teach the bulk of our NW police force at the academy. I have known and worked with (and for) Guru Chris and crew for many years. I have been out of the loop raising my family for a few years, but I know this is a class act with tons to offer for martial artists in the Puget Sound area.
