Great family friendly place to study Chung Do Kwan

From the first day I walked into class I knew this was the place I wanted to learn martial arts. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Instructors are very patient and work with you "where you are" -no experience is no problem. You can begin classes at any physical conditioning level and improve your strenght and stamina.
I feel they really put safety high on the list. This is a "no contact" style.
First classes will be confusing. You really have to go six or more times to see if you will like this or not, but they offer the first month free for that reason.
