some of the best training you can learn, there is alot to learn here over the the multiple styles the instructor knows you will get very well rounded training and sparring, randal is also an excellent intructor to be trained under and i plan to be be here for a long time!

I used to do Tae Kwon Do with another area teacher. One class here and I learned the meaning of what self-defense is. I remember the night I started as all about knife defenses and here I am, almost a black belt in TKD and thinking to myself I could deal with them. I was wrong. Not only did I learn some good techniques, I quit TKD afterwards and began focusing my energies on this school. The instructor encouraged me to go back to TKD and continue training in it though I decided I did not want to do that anymore. I was with them for 1 year and 4 months (or somewhere in that region.) I've since moved away, but everytime I am in the area I stop in and train with them and its the same as always, very....very....awesome! They treat me as though I never left, and I love it.

I have studied here for about a year. I think highly of the instructor and how the systems he teaches are given in an easy to follow format. Basics are the name of the game here. And the instructor does encourage cross-training and networking with other teachers and systems.

I have been a student here for almost 5 years. In that time I have seen the head instructor constantly continue his own training in various systems as he continued to teach us. The motto "Dedicated to the Student" is very much what you have here.

Randall has constantly moved towards a more progressive and realistic feel for his own training and he gladly shares it with us. There is a low monthly rate, and I mean LOW monthly rate, as well as the addition that with it comes one free private lesson a month (extras are $10 an hour.)

The space is great, the training gear is always in good shape, and the chance to work not only with these guys but to get to know the people that Randall networks with is an awesome experience altogether. I recommend highly!
