One of the most knowledgeable kenpo instructors I have ever found. Search youtube, facebook etc. watch everybody, then come train here. Pure kenpo and everything that is hidden inside the forms, sets, techniques.
I can truly say that the instruction that you receive at North Weat Oklahoma Kenpo is above and beyond what you receive at other dojo's. You learn how to defend yourself in real life situations as well as some fun extensions. The instruction is adapted for all ages and physical capabilities. Definitely worth your time.
