Conflict resolution with Alternatives, Through Principle and Practice

Very experienced, knowledgeable instructors.Aikido benefits are not always readily apparent in the beginning. It takes an empty cup and commitment. Depends on what you are seeking. Self defense applications are apparent but the principles involved reveal a bounty of possibilities, applications on the street but in a larger context in how to deal with the stress, angst and conflict residing in our lives. Lastly,
walk into any dojo in town that is based purely on self-defense and recognize the level of angst involved, then observe an Aikido session.
