Programs & Class Schedule

At NAAMA our style is based on the Korean art of “Tang Soo Do” but incorporates techniques from Japanese, Chinese, Okinawan and Western styles. Training in the martial arts teaches you discipline and respect since this is a military art, but you also learn tradition and self defense. Training in martial arts is also a terrific way to stay in shape or get in shape in a family orientated atmosphere. Mixed martial arts and grappling.

4pm - 9pm Monday Through Friday
12pm - 6pm Saturday
