Nogi Shoot Box

We are a Mixed Martial Arts Academy training in a balance of Shoot Boxing, Catch wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!

Our instructors combine over 60 years martial experience covering all ranges of close quarter combat.

Our curriculum includes various techniques of Kyokushin Karate, JKD concepts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Our instructors are active members of the Snake Pit USA Catch wrestling association and are ranked in ITF Taekwon-Do, Kyokushin Karate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

We are an official ITF Taekwon-Do school registered with the International Taekwon-Do Federation under the affiliation of Professor Chang Ung and governing body of The Florida Taekwon-Do Council under Master Jose Luis Zapata and Coach Joshua "Jag" Garcia.
