Kru is the absolute best Muay Thai trainer any one can have on their team! I worked with her in Arizona at the Lab and she was the most respected trainer in the whole place! It was a huge loss to the lab when she left to follow her dreams out there! You are very lucky to train under such a very knowledgeable Kru! I was her student and she taught me very very well!
