New York City Aikido is a dojo established for the practice of the Japanese martial art of aikido. NYCA offers classes in open hand and aiki weapons practice in the Penn Station area of midtown Manhattan. NYCA is affiliated with Aikido Schools of Ueshiba (under the auspices of Mitsugi Saotome shihan). Our website is at fudo-shin.com.
Tracy Alpert is chief instructor and co-founder, with almost 30 years of experience in aikido, and the rank of godan (5th degree black belt).
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at New York City Aikido:
Adult classes three times per week: Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Also a RSVP Flex class on Wednesdays.
