My son Anders has been attending this school since 2020 and it has been a phenomenal experience for him. He is a little small for his age and very shy. His last progress report from school noted how much self-confidence he has gained since starting taekwondo classes.

Taekwondo has been a major part of Anders's life for the past 4 years. He got blessed with a great instructor - Master Cooper at NEMA who taught him that not only this sport can be a great workout but also a larger and greater life achievement.

As Anders progressed through the ranks, he got the opportunity to participate in many local & state taekwondo competitions as well.

I would recommend this school to anyone. Master Cooper is wonderful with children and his classes have a perfect balance of structure and respect with fun.

My son is autistic and we were looking for an outlet for him but also someplace where he'd be understood and taken care of while learning self discipline and self defense. While he's only been going for a little over a month, I've noticed changes in my son, he's trying hard, he's listening, and he's having so much fun while being loved by all the instructors. Master Cooper has taken Cadan under his wing and treats him like his own. This studio isn't just a place of business, it's a family. I look forward to watching my son grow and flourish under the watchful eye of his new family members. xx
