The school has produced countless competitors on the international level, let alone the local level. All coaches/instructors submit to a background check as do the adult students. All students are molded to be fighters but more importantly, good citizens. Excellent family atmosphere. School has been in existence for over sixty (60) years.

I have 7 years of Martial arts experience elsewhere, and no other place is as affordable and motivating as the instructors here, Its a non profit club meaning it's not a job for the instructors but a passion to do what they do. they have tournament caliber instruction and utilize what works i the real world through experience. they are patient and dedicated to their art.

It's a hard core school, they make fighters. Some of the best kick boxing, boxing, karate, and judo you can get. And sometimes we rag on each other but it's all out of love. Everyone does it and no one is singled out. nbjkc will keep you fighting in the gym and know where else, unless you absolutely have to. We have MMA champions to golden glove winners for boxing. If your heart is in the right place for the sport and you like to train hard and dont take anything personally "just train harder" referring to the last comment, this is the place you would love to start either your career or just a sport for fun.
