Little Dragons 4:20 to 5 pm or 5:20 pm to 5:50 pm -
Youth 6:00 pm to 6:55 pm
Adults 7 pm to 8:30 pm

Thursday night

Ladies kickboxing. 530-630pm

Friday night

Little Dragons 4:20-5 pm or 5:20 to 6 pm

Youth 600pm to 655pm Adults 7pm to 830pm

Classes are offered from ages 5 on up.
