Excellent traditional Japanese Shotokan karate

I have trained at this school for many years. Sensei Friederich had his initial training for many years in Japan. I received my shodan (2nd degree black belt) while training under Gary Friederich and our head sensei, Hidetaka Nishiyama (hidetakanishiyama.com). The school is now run by Don Evans, a 5th degree black belt, and one of Sensei Friederich's first students.
Having trained under several world class senseis over the years I recognize good training. I feel very comfortable recommending NKA.
