I have been blessed for the last 4 years as a student of the dojo. Being re-introduced to values and a set of standards that are quickly becoming lost to us, in an environment of mutual courtesy and respect, is soul satisfying. I'm 68 years young and am in the best physical, mental and spiritual shape of my life!
