Programs & Class Schedule
Open 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm Monday thru Thursday and 5 to 8:30 on Friday for Taekwondo Instruction.
WTF Master instructor Bob Sanchez offers Taekwondo classes for Children Mon. thru Thurs. from 5 to 6 pm and 6 to 7 pm. The 6 to 7 pm classes are also open to teens and adults. Children's classes will always focus on the physical benefits of Taekwondo (coordination, balance and agility through self-defense drills training),but will also emphasize self-confidence, courtesy, respect, self-control, self-discipline, good attitude and the willingness to try our best.
We offer classes in self-defense for adults ONLY on Mon.-Wed.-Fri. at 7:15 to 8:15 pm with emphasis on fitness and pressure point application of Taekwondo Techniques.
We take student ages 4 years and above.
Master Sanchez has taught Taekwondo in the Nampa and surrounding area since 1975.
