Being a stay-at-home mom, I've tried many exercise programs and training regimens that would help me to keep fit. I've watched dozens of videos, read countless internet articles, and watched maybe hundreds of programs, all in an effort to find the right kind of workout for me. When I saw an ad for kick boxing classes at the Nak Muay Gym, I thought to myself that maybe this is the right workout for me, something that could make me lose some pounds and keep me active. When I got started, I soon realized that not only am I breaking a sweat and losing some pounds, but I'm also having a lot of fun while doing it. It looks like I've found the workout I've been looking for!

I got all my striking training from the Nak Muay Gym. I'd like to think that my ground game's pretty consistent, but I needed some more work on my stand up game. Nak Muay was the best, and they've proven it so far.
