Boxing Program
This program welcomes all sexes starting ages 12 and up. In this program you will be taught boxing technique including punching, defensive blocks, endurance exercises, sheer power exercises and knowledge of space perception between your opponents. Extensive warm up and cool down exercises are always done in the beginning and at the end of each class session. To build a proper boxing etiquette consistency is a must and weekly repetition will:

* Stress Management
* Increased flexibility
