I would recommend this class.
This is a great group of Karate-ka's and Kyoshi Laderwarg is a great instructor. I have witnessed their forms, weapons competition and jui-kumite (sparing) techniques and give them an A+. If you are interested in Jujutsu, this is the place to train.
