Great blend of mma, and practical self defence.

Instructors do a great job of teaching each technique, and explaining how, when, and why it is used. The classes offer a wide rang of drills and situational sparing.Self defence classes focus on psychology, and situational awareness. All the self defence techniques I have leaned are fast, simple, and debilitation to attacker.The mma classes are great because you get to work on strategy and combos.
