Real kung fu for no nonsense street fighting defense

I've studied TKD and Jujitsu and Ving Tsun is by far the most effective realistic fighting system. There are no belts, testing or egos, just students helping each other to improve their kung fu. Unlike other schools, our Sifu gives personal instruction and personal attention to every student and we progress at our own pace. Also, whatever you're currently doing for health and exercise, I can assure you that our conditioning exercises will work parts of your body that you didn't even know that you had. Great family atmosphere.
