Our whole family enjoys the benefits from Mountain Warrior Kung Fu, it's mom's fun release and the kids' positive focus of extra energy. It's not just a school of Martial Arts, but a place where we can progress physically and spiritually. Like any place of learning, you get out what you put in to it!

One of the top three best things I've ever done with my life.

We have been attending mountain warrior for three years and have never been up satisfied . We believe Sifu is a strong leader with a dynamic approach to teaching. We appreciate his dedication to eating well, community service & overall compassion for healthy living. As long as we are able, we will remain students of this school. The community of families is a wonderful resource as well. We have made lifelong friends and are constantly learning valuable life lessons. This school is a part of our village that it takes to raise a child. We feel so lucky to have found such a fabulous school!

I joined a year and a half ago because I've always been curious about the Martial Arts. This school came recommended to me by a coworker. I had hit a stalemate in my exercise routine, none. Since I've joined I have lost 30 pounds and still love going to every class. This school is an inspiration to become the best person you can be, physically, and mentally. The school is very welcoming, the teacher keeps an atmosphere that is encouraging and respectful to everybody. I would highly recommend to everybody to find the time to join this school. Mountain Warrior Kung Fu school is well worth it.

We love Mountain warrior! It is a place for my son to not only learn martial arts, but also the deeper meaning of Kung Fu. Our whole family benefits from the professional and friendly space offered at this studio and although only one of our children takes classes, we all strive together towards physical, emotional, and creative strength, together, based on the in depth training and teaching he receives here. We LOVE Mountain warrior!

Mountian Warrior Kung Fu Academy is truly a school of higher education if you want to become a martial artist and not just a practitioner this academy can guide and support your journey.I have participated in seven martial arts schools some well known in San Francisco and none of these schools had the in depth program as the Mountain Warrior Kung Fu Academy.Know matter what your reason for the martial arts this school and Joseph Bronson can help find the truth inside of you.

Not only does it help get your child into shape, teach them basic self-defense and increase their personal competence and skill handling their own body and objects around them, but it has helped us personally with my son's basic ethics and moral choices.

My 9-year-old would fight me on diet choice. After a year in the Academy, he is a regular drinker of water and eater of organic and healthier foods.

Some time it takes an outside leader to actually penetrate and sink the information in such a way that the child is willing to change and does.

The school is very demanding in the sense that each student is expected to commit 100% to bettering him/her self. The school has no ego. All belt levels work together. The goal is to work hard toward great accomplishment. The goal is to become the best person that you can be. This is achieved through diet, exercise, study, contribution to community, and of course through commitment to the principles of Kung Fu. The school is a martial arts school, but it should not be classified as learning only the art of Kung Fu. It is comprehensive and incorporates many self-defense techniques. It is a school where belts are earned, not used as a means to generate revenue for the school. The sifu's first priority is his students, not his bottom line. As a result, the school lacks some of the fancier equipment of other flashy schools, but more than makes up for it in the substance of instruction.

I have attended this school and others as well. This school focuses on defense and being the best you can be! Instruction is top rate and cost is very reasonable! Friendly atmosphere and respect!

Changed my sons whole outlook on life completely!! More then just martial arts it s a motivation to be better in life as a whole. Teacher Bronson is a life coach as well as a great example of how Kung Fu should be taught.

Mr. Joseph Bronson is an incredible instructor in the martial-arts. His approach to teaching children is second to none as far as I'm concerned, both in the arts and also though his level of importance to living a healthy life. His approach to advancement is based solely on self-betterment and not on competition which is what won my support in the beginning. My daughter has excelled greatly after enrolling in this school and I would take her nowhere else. She loves going to class, for both learning new techniques and also in learning how to have a healthier lifestyle. Two thumbs up and five stars!!!

This dojo is all about Kung Fu in the truest sense. Attending here you will work harder than you have in your life and you will accomplishment more than you ever though you could.

Seifu Bronson is attentive and skilled and takes a personal interest in each student.

The mountain warrior kung fu academy is a great school for martial arts. The environment is very conducive to learning and growing quickly in the arts. Each class is different and you never fully know what to expect each time you come to the school. Sifu, Mr. Bronson works with each student individually to measure their growth and ability. He has the uncanny ability to know if you are giving your all in every class. If you follow his teachings there is no way you won't notice a change in both your physical and mental abilities. I highly recommend this school.

At mountain warrior kung fu academy you will learn to become super human in mind , body and spirit.

Beautiful northern praying mantis way lum tam tui style forms.very similar to shoalin , wushu and long fist styles.also a superb place to learn real world self defense and practice your weapons training.chi gong/ philosophy hot spot.

The teacher is amazing and though to many his ways may seem unorthodox you can't argue with the results.

Mountain Warrior Kung Fu is an excellent place for anyone to study martial arts. Joseph Bronson is an incredibly experienced martial artist who can help improve a student's life through instruction and attribute development. Joseph has a wide range of knowledge and experience in both traditional martial arts as while as combat sports, he can cater to most any student looking to challenge themselves and grow. The school has great programs for children and adults, and I cannot recommend the school or the instructor enough.
