at fiesta days I was assaulted by a guy named Joe I have no last name but I know that he is in Frazier Park area teaching children how to take after what he did to me by hitting me in the throat and assaulting me luckily there were friends around to stop what was going to potentially turn into him being subdued this guy is a loose cannon and he should be removed from the martial arts anyone with information on his last name would be greatly appreciated
