I Love Soo Bahk Do

I have Attended this School ever since I turned 15 and I love it. It has always been a positive experience in my life, goes along with my strong Christian morals very well. The instructors are very nice and not so demanding. we believe repeating familiar things in a not so familiar way is a great way to improve in skill and confidence.
I never have to worry about getting hit because the classes are non-contact we practice on pads not people.
