An excellent full contact school for Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and self defense

Instructors have over twenty-years experience in these disciplines, world champions, dedicated to their profession. The school has been around for twenty years, over ten-thousand square feet of matt space. Instructors and students are personal and friendly. Students achieve self discipline, reduce stress, develop a focus to achieve perfection. Highly recommend young students.
Seniors over sixty years have the opportunity to work out and experience a new focus on life. Retirement can be very stagnating, but an hour a day will put new vigor in your step and enable you to develop new challenges. Also, the self defense courses make one aware of surroundings and enable one to handle a confrontation if it should arise. In 2012, the school had a 66 year old student take two second place medals in two separate Jiu-Jitsu tournaments in New Jersey and New York.
A twenty-six year old student took first place in the New Jersey tournament.
