Moo Do (doe) means "Martial Way" and Moo Do Academy of Martial Arts develops lifespan skills and street smarts . The art of Tang Soo Do is deeply steeped in tradition, respect, discipline, and confidence. MMA instruction includes Muay Thai and Jui-Jitsu - you want to fight, we'll get you ready. The S.A.F.E. Plan Self Defense for Females workshop is more than self defense it's learning to be aware and prepared.
Our Tang Soo Do and self defense classes are taught by black belt instructors certified by the World Tang Soo Do Association.
Moo Do Academy of Martial Arts lead students toward Black Belt Excellence which will stay with them throughout their lives! We are located across from Monster Motorcycles on US 1 (Btwn Palm Coast Pkwy & Whiteview Pkwy)

Traditional Tang Soo Do:
Little Dragons - (ages 4-7) Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-6:30 PM
Youth - (ages 8 & up) Monday & Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30 PM
All ages - Families Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:30 PM
Adult - (14 & Up) Monday & Wednesday 7:30 - 8:30 PM
MMA:
Muay Thai - M-W-F 8:30 - 9:30 PM
Jui Jitsu- T-Th 8:30 - 9:30 PM
