Detailed instruction. You start slow and then move forward but are worked hard with lots of encouragement. I am over 65 and love there is no breaking of boards or hard takedowns for bad joints. If you are older I would highly recommend this to get your stamina going in a place with lots of community. Families and kids welcome.
