Programs & Class Schedule
Classes weekly in:
Nisiedo Ju Jitsu, a fully defensive martial art comprised of throws, takedowns, strike ground fighting, joint locks and strangulations. In realistic empty hand and armed scenarios.
Seibukan (Shorin Ryu) Karate, a traditional Okinawan karate style which focuses on striking and blocking techniques, basic and floor excercises, kata practice and kumite or sparring. Emphasis on proper technique, execution and application to self defense scenarios.
Monday and Thur 6pm-7pm Karate, 7pm-830pm Ju Jitsu
Saturday 930am-11am
Combat Fitness, focuses on exercises meant to stretch and strenghten the body, build stamina and endurance and push the body to your limits.
Tues 7pm-8pm
Sund 945am-11am
