We specialize in MMA mixed martial arts offering training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Boxing, Submission and Grappling for self defense, strengthening and weight loss for men, women and children.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Minnesota School of Martial Arts:
M,W,F: 6-8 pm Co-ed Beginner's, 8-10 pm Advanced
Tues: 6-8 pm Ladies Only Self Defense + Kickboxing
Th 6-7 pm Beginner's Kid Classes, 7-8 pm Advanced Kids
Thurs 8-9:30 Ladies Only
Sat: Kids 9:30 am-11:30 am
Open Mat: All ages Tues 8-10 pm, Sat 12-2 pm
