TaeKwonDo: We practice hand and foot techniques, with an emphasis on healthy movements for your joints and muscles. Workouts include cardio, mental focus, conditioning and stretching exercises appropriate for all ages 6 and up.Families welcome. Sparring is light touch, tag -style. Self defense techniques are taught in a safe, fun environment.
Instructor Sabrina has acheived the ranks of 4th degree black belt in Hapkido under Grandmaster Myung of the World Hapkido Federation. She holds the rank of 4th Dan in TaeKwondo, World TaeKwonDo Federation, as well as ranking in the ITF systems. Sabrina has Dan rank in Aikido and training in Judo, Jujitsu, Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Meditation. She also runs Mindful Movement classes.
