Traditional karate , where Bunkai and Oyo are the heart and soul of Karate.

Best karate instruction in Southwest Florida. Period.
The focus is on students development of personal growth in the Martial Arts, Which tends to life lessons. Discipline with respect, not fear and intimidation as seen in other martial art schools in the Naples area.
