Karate-do’ is a Japanese term, which generally translates as “Empty Hand Way”.

balance, coordination and reflexes. Classes offer core knowledge in Seito Shito Ryu
Japanese Karate, one of the five major styles of Japanese Karate-do, which remains
close to its traditional Okinawan roots.
