Millennia MMA is home to a lot of professionals including UFC great Tatiana Suarez, Bellator's Lorenz Larkin and a vast array of fighters in the toughest leagues in the world. If you want to be a pro, there are professional, amateur and even tough hobbyists you can spar/roll/fight with to sharpen you and make you win. The coaches are top notch and have been past pro champions as well. The MMA and Jiu Jitsu classes are of premium quality. They are also very good with kids as evidenced by almost all the kids (or many times all of them) placing in different leagues and competitions. Millennia also has a great gym culture where the students become friends and go to happy hour/karaoke sessions or organize house parties to unwind after tough training sessions. My experience in this gym has been amazing and it is definitely a life changer. Come check it out. They give multiple free trial classes.

Millennia used to be a fighters school now they have become a mma mainstream gym who reaches out to anyone that chooses to identify with mma which is not a bad thing but the sad thing is the fighters or people whom wish to fight now are reserved to training with people with no experience or ambition to fight the instruction in classes often is only a stepping stone to real engagement they do have mma pro practices but are only in the mornings which makes it difficult for people who cant train in the mornings and the trainers/owners if you want individual help you have to pay for a private lesson which is very expensive personally I left the school and went to a school that wants to represent me as I represent the school when I fight, with that being said if you want an atmosphere where cardio is your goal or basic fundamentals then Millennia is the place for you if you want to become a fighter then you might spend more time seeking out another gym

Very knowledgeable instructors with great personalities and encouragement. You feel welcomed by everyone...like family....awesome cardio kickboxing with Manny Tapia...guaranteed to lose weight and feel great while having fun learning how to K.O. Muay Thai instructors teach all the best techniques. Basically u learn to fight from those who professionally fight and its the best dojo I've ever been to.
This gym has it all! If you want to fight in the UFC, Bellator, King of The Cage, WEC or any of the professional and amateur MMA leagues where the best fighters compete, Millennia could help you like it has helped countless others reach the top levels in the sport of MMA! The instructors here have Sherdog and Tapology records unlike most martial arts schools. These guys are the real deal, folks! No McDojos or McSenseis exist here! If you want to learn to REALLY fight, go to Millennia MMA. If you want to learn to dance around and do katas, go to Master Dingaling Ding Dong and be a black belt at 12 years old in Kung Fool.
If you don't want to be a UFC fighter, it's OK too! There are lots of ordinary people who just train for fun but they have to train hard and work hard as well while learning REAL self defense skills that could save them if the situation arises knock on wood.
This place is also good for kids! Many times, kids from Karate schools, Tae Kwon Do, Kenpo, Kung Fu, Hapkido, Kook Sul Won, Fu Manchu, Bang Ding Ow and other schools just learn forms, katas and their senseis do not even know how to fight and have not even fought even one amateur boxing match. So how would you know Sifu Fifu or Master Doodoo knows how to fight at all? You don't! Unlike in Millennia, the teachers have MMA fight records or at the very least, high level grappling or amateur boxing fight records. So you know your kids are learning things that actually work so they could ram the bullies' heads against the walls or ground instead of themselves getting beat up because their Kempo Mcdojo does not even have heavy bags and all they do is punch the air! At Millennia, the kids are made to spar a lot and even compete in BJJ and Pankration competitions so you know they are the real deal.
I highly recommend Millennia MMA. It is the real deal gym you and your kids need!
