No egos. No drama. No BS. Great place to train with the only Tracy certified instructors in the area. Others have said they are certified, but are not. These guys are the real deal.

Tracy Kenpo is practical street level self defense that typically can be modified to maximize the particular strengths of the individual. This studio is certified by Tracy International and at 5th Dan (5th degree) the head instructor is the highest ranked Tracy instructor in west Tennessee. There is also a 3rd Dan instructor associated with this studio. The system is set up so that the student is learning effective self defense techniques even at the lower belt levels, with much emphasis on strikes to the soft body targets, such as groin, eyes, throat, to quickly and effectively end altercations and escape conflict. Introductory lesson is free and individual and family rates are reasonable and competitive. The owners put a lot of care into their dojo and their students, and put as much effort into the individual as the individual is willing to put into their own training. No over-inflated egos or arrogance at this dojo.

These guys will modify for the individual. Even have students with physical handicaps. Highest ranked Tracy's Kenpo instructor in the local area. 5th Dan. Very fun group with no drama.
