The instructor is very patient and good at what he does. The school has a lot of potential. However, it is lacking in the way of professionalism. The instructor and his wife went away for a week over the Christmas holiday, and four classes were cancelled. These classes were never rescheduled, and the tuition was not adjusted accordingly. A few weeks later, another two-week vacation was planned. The schedule was adjusted by adding days into the weeks prior to and after their planned vacation. One of the classes was not made up at all. Classes cancelled due to bad weather are also never made up. There are just a lot of missed classes without any tuition adjustment. These vacations are also planned every few months. Due to these factors, it's just not worth the monthly tuition.

mike is an awesome instructor! I have been training since October and my breathing and stanima gets better each day i train! At first I bearly could finish a class,now i have lost 20lbs and my breathing is awesome!The classes of karate and jiu jitsu help me with my core training as well as the kettlebells and kardiokickboxing !I never knew I had the strength to be able to lift 20lb kettlebells but i have been! Motivation is what i get from these classes to be the healthest I can be ! This place has a great room to work out in Clean and Spacious!

I love this place. The instructor is awesome and the space is very cool. I train 4 days a week and can't get enough. I'm always pushed to my limit and I feel myself growing every week.
