Children and Adult Classes - Families Encouraged to train together!
Classes: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Beginners - 6:15-7:15 pm
Intermediate - 7:15-8:15 pm
Advanced - 8:00-9:00 pm
Classes: Saturday
Beginners - 8:30-9:30 am
Intermediate / Advanced: 9:30-1100 am
Programs also in Wheeling, Mount Prospect, Hoffman Estates, Medinah
All the instructors are experienced in TaeKwon-Do, Hapkido, & Jui-Jitsu
