I have trained at the Mid Michigan Academy of Martial Arts for a number of years now. Their instructors have always been friendly, welcoming and safe with their students. They have helped build my self confidence, self discipline and focus. The program's emphasis is practical self defense training, although you do great workout in the process! I would recommend this school to anyone, anytime!
