I've been going here for years. It's always really fun, and everyone is treated like family.
Fun Activity for Average Women and Families

The class is mostly made up of ladies, and it seems to be a really good mother/son activity since there are a lot of those there. Even if you are overweight, they are really welcoming there.
This class helped with my child's concentration and patience. It even showed in her school work. And because it's so affordable, I also took the class with her, and I got a lot of benefit out of it, too.
