Great Classes.....Innovative training and Kid and Family Friendly

A great place to study martial arts.....I had studied Kung fu in the 80's and this is truly an Authentic Kung fu class. My daughter, wife, and I take the classes on Saturday, it is truly a great work out. I enjoy the fitness blend and also the applications of the Wing Chun and for my daughter the Jow Ga Kung Fu. The only class that had implemented the meditation at the beginning of the class and the end of class(Great for my STRESS...)
